Responsibilities and Obligations for Customers

Customer satisfaction
  • With the belief that customers are the foundation of the Company's existence, we take customer satisfaction and customer respect as the top priority for all decisions and actions of the Company.
  • Recognizing that supplying the highest quality products in a timely manner is a shortcut to customer satisfaction and trust, the Company makes every effort to achieve this purpose.
  • The Company provides accurate information about products and services to customers and does not carry out exaggerated advertisement or advertising.

Work Ethics of Employees

Prohibition of Conflict of Interests
  • Employees make every effort to prevent any action or relationship that conflicts with the Company, and if there is conflict of interests between the Company and an individual or departments, they should think and act with the company's interests first.

  • Employees should not trade stocks using inside information acquired in the course of business.
  • Employees should not provide undisclosed critical information that may affect the stock price to a third party without due process.
Protection of Company Property and Important Information
  • Employees should protect the company's physical property, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets, and do not use them for personal purposes.
  • Employees should not pursue personal gain using their position or engage in unfair trade practices using non-public information obtained from the Company.
  • Employees should not leak important information that may affect the Company's profits to the outside world.
Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Workplace Bullying
  • Employees should not engage in any language or behavior that harms healthy co-worker relationships, including physical, verbal, and visual language or behavior that is recognized as causing sexual humiliation.
  • Employees should not take advantage of their superiority in position or relationship at work to inflict physical or mental pain on other workers beyond the appropriate scope for work or to aggravate the working environment.
Prohibition of Political Involvement
  • Employees should not engage in political activities during working hours nor use the Company's organization, manpower and property for political purposes.
  • The suffrage and political views of individual executives and employees are respected, but their own political views or political involvement should not be misunderstood as the Company's position.
Prohibition of Giving or Receiving Money or Entertainment
  • Employees should not receive money, gifts, or entertainment from stakeholders such as clients.
  • Employees should not provide money, valuables, gifts or entertainment beyond the accepted social norms to stakeholders, such as clients, in connection with the Company's business.
  • Employees should not accept money or valuables or excessive gifts or entertainment with each other.
Prohibition of Information Leakage
  • Employees should not leak the Company's confidential information, new business information, trade secrets, and customer and business partner’s information to a third party without prior approval of the Company.
  • Employees may use the confidential information they possess only when it is related to their duties, and should not use it for personal gain or other purposes.
  • When leaving the company, employees should return all software provided by the Company, information and data obtained during work, and should not own any materials, including copies.
